Software Engineer

Own the systems that make Vultur's infrastructure reliable, scalable, and fast. Vultur turns every employee into a recruiter. We sync LinkedIn networks, run automated outreach, track referral hires, and pay bonuses. That pipeline touches integrations, data enrichment, and real-time processing. You think in systems: how data flows, where things break, and how to build foundations that hold up as we scale. We're early-stage, London-based, and hybrid.

You are someone who

• •Thinks in systems. You see the architecture, not just the ticket. You design data pipelines, integrations, and infrastructure that are reliable under pressure, and you know when to keep things simple.
• •Ships, not just designs. Systems thinking without execution is just a whiteboard. You build what you architect, end-to-end, and you iterate when reality doesn't match the plan.

Why this role

Early team, high ownership. You'll make foundational technical decisions that shape the product for years. You'll work directly with the founder building on Next.js, Convex, TypeScript, and AI-powered features. This is the role where you stop inheriting someone else's architecture and start building your own.

We work 996. 9am to 9pm, 6 days a week. If that scares you, you're probably not the right fit.
